| What happens if I run out of credits? | Buy more. Credits are what meter your usage — 1 per standard photo, 10 per AI photo — and events are not capped separately. Nothing stops mid-event without you being told. |

| Can I change plans? | Yes. Plans are bought as one-time orders with a validity window rather than a recurring card mandate, so you simply buy the plan you want next time. There is no proration to work out, because there is no billing cycle to prorate against. |
| What payment methods do you accept? | Payments run through Razorpay, in rupees, using whichever methods Razorpay supports for your account. We do not take PayPal, Stripe or any other provider. |
| Is there a contract or commitment? | No. Nothing auto-renews and there is no subscription to cancel — you buy credits with a validity window and buy again when you want more. |
| Do you offer refunds? | Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, apply to first-time purchases only, and are not available if you moved to a paid plan from a free trial. Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days to the original payment method. The refund policy is the operative version of this answer. |
