Stop delivering photos.Start booking weddings.
Every event hands you hundreds of guests actively hunting for their own face, inside a 48-hour window of peak emotion, one tap away from Instagram. It is the most engaged audience your business will ever assemble. The photo delivery category’s answer is to dump the files as cheaply as possible and end the relationship.
Windows desktop app and Android. macOS and iOS in development.
You have been paying to get rid of the only audience you ever owned.
Kwikpic, FotoOwl, Memzo, AccioPix, Pixieset, Pic-Time — every one of them competes on the same buried assumption: that the photographer’s job is to get photos out, and delivery is a cost to minimise. That is why the category benchmarks itself on speed, accuracy and cost per photo, and why the price floor keeps collapsing. Once face matching is priced by the photo, the only direction that number travels is down — and “we deliver faster” stops being a business and becomes a feature.
The window where guest attention peaks — the only time this audience is ever assembled in one place, looking at your work on purpose.
A folder link tells you nothing. Who opened it, who reshared it, who would have booked you — all invisible, on every platform including ours.
Per-photo face matching is racing to the floor — our read of the direction, not a surveyed price. Competing there is a fight to become the cheapest way to be forgotten.
The same photographer then spends the month’s ad budget buying attention from total strangers — while the guests who just watched them work all night walk away untracked.
Delivery-Led Growth
Product-Led Growth said the product is the acquisition channel. Delivery-Led Growth says the same of the delivery moment. It is not a cost centre. It is the one channel where the audience arrives pre-warmed, already looking at your work, at the exact moment they care most.
The category today
- Today: Delivery is a cost to minimise
- Today: Measured in cost per photo
- Today: The relationship ends at handover
- Today: Guests are recipients
- Today: Reach you cannot see
- Today: Buy attention from strangers
What we are building toward
- Instead: Delivery is where the next booking starts
- Instead: Measured in cost per booking
- Instead: The relationship starts at handover
- Instead: Guests are a consented audience you own
- Instead: Earned impressions you can count
- Instead: Compound attention you already earned
The language of the category
| The Delivery Moment | The 48 hours after an event when guest attention peaks. The scarcest asset in a photography business, and the one the category throws away. |
|---|---|
| Dark Delivery | The old world. A folder link dropped into a black hole — real reach, zero attribution, nothing you can act on afterwards. |
| Delivery Leak | Your work circulating unbranded, untracked and unattributed. The core disease of the delivery category. |
| Guest Graph | The consented identity map an event builds. Owned by you, opted into by them, compounding across every event you shoot. |
| Earned Impressions | Measurable guest reshares of your branded work. Distribution you did not pay for. |
| Guest-to-Lead Rate (G2L) | The headline metric of the category. What share of the guests at an event became a real enquiry. |
| Second-Order Bookings | Bookings traceable to a previous event’s guests. The compounding return on treating delivery as growth. |
What you get the day you install it
Everything below is live right now. Nothing on this list is a roadmap item.
Tethered camera capture
Connect the camera to the Studioshare desktop app and frames sync as you shoot. No card swaps, no import step at the end of the night.
QR + selfie guest access
Guests scan a QR code at the event, take one selfie, and get the photos they appear in. No app install, no account, no waiting for a link.
Server-side face matching
A 512-dimension AuraFace embedding is computed on our servers and matched with cosine nearest-neighbour search against the event gallery.
Selection & proofing workflow
Create events, organise shots into folders, and invite clients to mark their picks — so you shoot to a confirmed list instead of guessing.
Branded galleries on your own studio path
Every event lives at studioshare.app under your studio name, carrying your brand — not a generic file-sharing link that says nothing about who shot it.
Studio wall for the venue screen
Every event can have its own wall on its own address, so you open it on whatever drives the screen and walk away. It stays dark until you publish it, and you pick which folders appear.
Android app on Google Play
Guests and photographers can use Studioshare on Android today. The tethered capture workflow still needs the Windows desktop app.
The attribution layer, in the open
Delivery-Led Growth needs measurement to be more than a slogan, and that measurement does not exist in Studioshare today. Here is exactly what we are building, stated plainly, so you can decide on the real picture rather than the flattering one.
Guest Graph consent capture
A separate, explicit, easy-to-decline opt-in that lets a guest hear from you later — kept legally distinct from the consent that powers "find my photos".
Earned Impressions tracking
Measure how often guests reshare your branded work, so reach stops being a guess.
Guest-to-Lead dashboard
Your G2L rate per event: how many guests arrived, how many opted in, how many became real enquiries.
Second-order booking attribution
Trace a signed booking back to the event where that client first showed up as somebody else’s guest.
macOS and iOS apps
Android is live on Google Play and the desktop capture app runs on Windows. macOS and iOS are still in development.
We would rather tell you now than have you find out after you pay. If the attribution layer is the reason you are here, talk to us before you buy and we will tell you honestly how close it is.
Consent to find your photos is not consent to be marketed to.
Under India’s DPDP Act, purpose limitation means the consent a guest gives to find their own photos does not extend to hearing from you later. Those are two different permissions, and we treat them that way.
The Guest Graph will only ever be built from a separate opt-in that is clearly worded and easy to decline. It is slower, and it is exactly the part that competitors racing to the price floor will not bother to build. It is also the only version of this that survives contact with a school’s or a corporate’s legal team.
If cheaper photo delivery is what you want, use Kwikpic. Genuinely.
They are good at it, they are cheaper than us, and they have far more events behind them. If your problem is “these files need to reach people faster and for less money”, they will solve it better than we will.
We are a different product for a different problem. If what you actually need is more weddings, the question stops being what delivery costs per photo and starts being what a booking costs you. That is the only comparison we ask to be judged on.
Your next booking is already at your last event.
Start with the delivery workflow that ships today. Grow into the category as we build it.
